I love living here! It’s always hard picking somewhere not really knowing how the management will be or how quickly maintenance requests will be responded to but I’m so thankful that the team here is always on it, communicative, and willing to help and listen whenever needed. Even during Covid shutdowns, they tried as hard as possible to stay in touch and continued to make things feel like a community as best as you can with social distancing.

This is a great community to live in. The management is amazing and is very quick to help when you need it. The maintenance staff is equally as nice and efficient. We are going on 2 1/2 years living here and still loving it. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I love everything about The Maple Ridge Community. The staff always go above and beyond to assist us. The grounds are always kept clean and everyone in the community is respectful about noise. They're so close and convenient to everything in North Columbus. I'd highly recommend Maple Ridge to everyone.

We love living at Greystone Maple ridge! Our community is nice, safe, and quiet. Greystone is very pet friendly, offering pet treats, and participating in pet contests! We love the location and how convenient it is to have Publix right next door. We truly love living here.

This is an excellent living experience. The apartments are beautiful as well as the grounds and amenities. Naula and the other apartment office staff are very welcoming. We are happy to call this community HOME!!
